TIKI STORM is a partnership between brothers Scott and Todd K. We operate a two-person workshop in the very non-tropical, non-island backwoods of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, USA. We create original tiki, tropical, beach, and pirate art pieces to help spread “island vibes” to customers far and wide. TIKI STORM’s specialty is art that is blacklight reactive, art that glows, and art that contains LED lights. So far we have been working primarily with wood carving, but we are not limiting ourselves.
In addition to both of us having visual design experience, we previously worked together to create and operate several live interactive attractions. We built an escape room business, a blacklight haunted attraction, and a blacklight portable mini-golf course. We try to infuse our tiki art with the same spirit of fun as our live attractions.
